The debate is, really, how much of it is man-made and how much will it cost to have any impact on climate change.”"My main argument is, let's clean up the environment, and as mayor and now as governor, I'm spending my time cleaning our air, cleaning our water, cleaning the ground."  The governor concluded, "We also have to look for cost-effective ways to do it because, as governor, we're walking that fine line of keeping our environment clean but also continuing economic recovery and making sure things like power are affordable for the consumer.”Thomas Hsiao, President of SuperGreen Solutions Charlotte Mid-Atlantic Region, says, “We are happy to have the governor’s support in making going green more fiscally feasible,” he went on to say “we are currently working with Charlotte city councilman John Autry to try to bring local government backed financing, such as Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing to local property owners.”  Thomas concluded, “As a locally owned total energy efficiency products and consulting company, we support our elected officials’ efforts to bring cost effective “green” financing to our area and promote the growth of private investments in green solutions such as rooftop solar PV."For more information on SuperGreen Solutions or Thomas Hsiao, please go
